PTS Channelview, TX

  • Purchased 67 additional acres for our Channelview, TX facility to meet our customers'
    growing storage needs.

  • Evaluated and passed critical application accreditation testing for several major energy companies with our state of the art Phased Array Ultrasonic Unit.

    • PTS: Morgan City, LA

  • Acquired a 28,800 sq. foot building to house a new EMI Inspection unit with upgraded hydraulics and automated SEA lines for our Morgan City, LA facility.

  • Acquired a 90 ton mobile RT Crane with optional Magnetic lift plates.

  • Acquired a 175 ton hydraulic mobile crane with optional Magnetic lift plates.

  • Built a covered and automated brush, roll, and spray systems for maintaining tubulars.

    • PTS Mill Systems

  • Entered into a US, Canada, and Mexico sales and service agreement with Olympus for Phased Array technology.


  • Completed a lease and service agreement with the Tenaris/ Algoma steel mill in Canada.


  • Awarded an 18 month contract with Tenaris/Tamsa in Vera Cruz, Mexico to place and operate a Phased Array UT unit.


  • Awarded a 5 year contract with VAM Drilling, Houston, TX to build, lease and operate a combination Phased Array and EMI facility.


  • Awarded an ongoing maintenance and service agreement with Tenaris for their Hickman, Arkansas Phased Array Ultrasonics equipment.
